In response to the characteristics of coking furnace flue gas, our company has developed a conventional bag type dust collector to treat environmental pollution. Therefore, more and more coking furnaces are using dust collectors. The following is the explosion-proof treatment for coking furnace dust collectors:
Due to the presence of a certain amount of combustible gas in the flue gas, although the flue gas enters the bag for cooling and primary spark separation treatment, there is still a possibility of explosion in the bag dust removal room. Therefore, we have taken the following explosion-proof measures when designing the dust collector body:
There is a guide plate installed before the flue gas enters the bag filter, which is used for secondary spark separation and balanced airflow.
⑵ Each dust removal room shall be completely separated, and offline valves shall be installed at the inlet and outlet of the flue gas in each room.
⑶ The ash hopper is equipped with a two-stage star shaped discharger to ensure reliable sealing during unloading.
(4) Each room is equipped with explosion-proof doors.
(5) Install a cold air valve and add temperature detection and combustible gas detection points at the flue gas inlet of the bag filter body where the flue gas enters. When the operation of the coking furnace and system is abnormal and an increase in temperature or combustible gas concentration is detected, the system opens the cold air valve, adds cold air to reduce temperature and combustible gas concentration.
