2. Water mist spray or foam dust removal is used as auxiliary. On the one hand, the direct spray can make the dust particles adhere, agglomerate and grow up after wetting, and then easily separate from the atmosphere; On the other hand, for the flue gas with relatively high temperature, the direct spray can cool the flue gas with a small amount of water after evaporative cooling. The volume shrinks and the speed decreases, which is also conducive to dust removal. In the past textbooks and design manuals, it was said that spray dedusting was only suitable for handling more than 50um dust, and the dedusting efficiency was only 40-70%. Theoretical experience has proved that due to the progress of spray technology, the spray system can remove nearly 95% of the dust above 10um and 90-95% of the dust above 1um. For example, tundish turnover and spray dedusting for steel slag disposal have achieved high dedusting efficiency of 90-95% in practice.

3. Ventilation and dust removal. Since only ventilation and dust removal are necessary, it is necessary to have high energy consumption fans and dust collectors, which makes it difficult to save energy and reduce costs. Ventilation and dust removal systems mainly include electrostatic precipitators and bag filters. With the improvement of environmental requirements, electrostatic precipitators have fallen short of current environmental requirements, and bag filters are widely used.
