1. When lifting the dust collector equipment, attention should be paid to avoiding damage to the box and accessories. The top filling aperture must be smaller than the dust collector. And welded to the top of the ash storage tank.

2. Connect the induced draft fan.

3. Connect the air compressor and connect the soft connection to the dust collector air storage tank.

4. Before installation, conduct a comprehensive inspection of all components of the dust removal equipment to ensure that they are intact and complete. If any missing, damaged or deformed parts are found, they must be repaired and supplemented before installation.

5. Sealing fillers should be embedded between the flanges of the dust collector equipment to tighten the bolts, ensuring reliable sealing of the box and preventing air leakage.

6. The installed dust removal filter element is made of filter cloth, do not use filter paper, otherwise it is easier to ignite during welding.

7. When installing the filter cartridge, it must be vertically fixed inside the dust collector, installed tightly, and fixed firmly.

8. The connection between the air bag and the electromagnetic pulse valve blowing pipe should be reliably sealed and there should be no air leakage.
