The working principle of the bag type dust collector of the crusher: Dust containing gas enters the lower part of the middle box, and due to the action of the baffle, large particles of dust are separated. The dust containing gas is guided to the upper part of the middle box and enters the dust removal bag. The dust is filtered and deposited on the outer surface of the dust removal bag. The purified gas passes through the dust removal bag opening and upper box inside the dust removal bag, and is discharged from the exhaust outlet through the fan.
1. The nozzle and pulse output pipe are inserted and sealed with an "o" ring for easy disassembly and assembly. There are nozzles with equal apertures on the blowing pipe, aligned with the center of each dust removal cloth bag opening, and there is no injector installed at the bag opening. The dust removal cloth bag is embedded on the flower board by the elastic expansion ring sewn on the bag opening. The dust removal framework is a star shaped section, directly supported by the flower board. When changing the bag, first remove the spraying pipe and take out the framework. Squeeze the flat bag opening into a crescent shape and throw it into the ash hopper through the flower board hole. Then, install a new bag in sequence, place the frame and spraying pipe.
2. High performance pulse valve
The electromagnetic pulse valve is in a straight through form. The valve cover and diaphragm are directly installed on the air bag, with two diaphragms, and the injection output port is a double twisted linear shape. It can meet the needs of cleaning dust with tens of square meters of filter material and has low resistance. The throttling channels of the two diaphragms are set separately, avoiding the limitation of pressurization and pressure relief speed caused by the use of a single throttling channel in previous dual diaphragm valves, and the fast opening and closing of pulse valves.
3. Cancel injector
Generally, pulse bag dust collectors use an injector, which has a resistance exceeding 196pa (20mmh 2O), which is 1/5-1/6 of the dust collector. However, during injection, the injector's resistance can reach several hundred millimeters of water column, limiting the pressurization speed and pressure peak inside the bag, and affecting the cleaning effect. The large pulse bag dust collector is not equipped with an ejector, and directly uses the bag mouth to perform the ejector function.
4. Increase the diameter of the blowing pipe and replace the spray hole with a nozzle.
5. Using a microcomputer control instrument for dust removal and system parameter control.
