The new equipment developed has a relatively low investment. When the dust removal bag is damaged, it needs to be replaced. The working principle of the crusher dust collector: Under the action of the fan, the dusty gas enters the volute type cyclone through the air duct, and the dust moves along the inner wall of the shell under centrifugal force. Coarse dust is separated and enters the ash hopper, and fine dust passes through the cloth bag to form clean gas, which is discharged into the atmosphere by the fan. The fine powder is blocked by the dust removal cloth bag on the surface area and falls into a dust cake, thus achieving the purpose of dust removal and purification.
