With the rapid development of China's economy, multiple factories are now using industrial dust collectors to clean up various dust and garbage generated in their work. This not only reduces the workload of staff, but also greatly reduces the probability of occupational diseases among staff. However, after the dust collector runs for a period of time, there will be dust accumulation at the bottom of the dust removal bag. These accumulated dust are all precipitated by the operator during dust removal. What should we do to clean up the dust from the dust collector simply without wasting too much labor?

The following are some methods we dedicate to our users, hoping to help those in need:

1. Gas cleaning: Gas cleaning refers to the use of high-pressure gas or external atmosphere to blow back the dust removal bag to remove any accumulated dust on the bag. Gas cleaning includes pulse jet cleaning, reverse blowing cleaning, and reverse suction cleaning.

2. Mechanical vibration cleaning: divided into top vibration cleaning and middle vibration cleaning (both for cloth bags), it is achieved by periodically rotating the vibration of each row of cloth bags using a mechanical vibration device to remove dust accumulation on the cloth bags.

3. Manual tapping: It is the process of manually tapping each cloth bag to remove any accumulated dust. After completion, operators should promptly carry out dust removal work to avoid excessive accumulation of dust on industrial dust collectors.

4. Air box pulse cleaning method: also known as forced pulse method, it is characterized by dividing the dust removal bag into several chambers, and separating the clean air box above the bag with a partition to form a chamber. The upper end of the bag is not equipped with a Venturi tube. Ash cleaning is carried out sequentially from room to room, by closing the exhaust valve and spraying a pulse airflow from one side towards the upper part of the chamber. It enters each cloth bag through the chamber and uses its impact and expansion to clean the ash.

5. Reverse blowing vibration combined cleaning method: refers to the combined cleaning method of weak vibration when only reverse blowing cleaning method cannot fully remove dust. In fact, high-temperature fiberglass bags often use this combined cleaning method.
